Women's day awareness clubbed with awareness on health, nutrition and importance of physical activity to prevent lifestyle diseases. It was clubbed with a one hour exercise session in the evening by Ms. Ashwitha Susan Elias (Nutritionist and upcoming Fitness trainer) for women employees. It wil be continued on a weekly basis to make change in activity habits and quality of life.
