6.3.2024 at 'The Artiste', Kochi Clinical Nutrition team from VPS Lakeshore conducted a session on 'Lifestyle & Preventive nutrition' at 'The Artiste' on 6.3.2024, from 3pm to 5.30pm. They arranged it on behalf of Women's day initiative and most of the women employees participated in the interactive session. Following that, we conducted a nutrition screening for Bioelectric impedance analysis, HGS (Handgrip strength) assessment and diabetes risk score screening to all the employees. The need for physical activity and nutritional management were discussed.
